Weezer‘s lead singer, Rivers Cuomo, 40, was involved in a bus accident on Sunday, forcing the band to cancel the remainder of their December Raditude Tour.

According to the band’s website, the bus was carrying Cuomo, his wife and daughter, their nanny, and Rivers’ assistant Sarah. After the bus hit a patch of black ice, it swerved off of the road and dropped 8-10 feet into a ravine.

Cuomo went to St. Mary’s Hospital in Amsterdam, NY, suffering from three cracked ribs. His wife, baby and nanny were uninjured, but Sarah fractured two ribs and a lower vertebrae.

The band plan to reschedule the tour dates and will post information on their website regarding ticket refunds.
