Split Festival

It’s no secret that the North East harbours some of the UK’s finest bands, and now the lucky people of Wearside are being treated to an all-day festival with a cracking line-up.

Indie legends The Futureheads are topping Split Festival‘s weighty bill, supported by the ever-wonderful Field Music, as well as B>E>A>K and Sea of Glass. New Muso’s Guide favourites Frankie and the Heartstrings are also playing at the day-long event, to be held on Sunday October 4th at Sunderland’s Ashbrooke Sports Club. Tickets are £19.50 and the gig runs from 1pm-9pm, with under 8s getting in for free.

An amazing chance to see Wichita signings Frankie and the Heartstrings before they go global, and an even more exciting opportunity to check out some new material from Field Music…
