		<description>I&#039;m glad I&#039;m not the only person who sees Madness&#039;s excellent album The Liberty Of Norton Folgate as a contender in the &#039;oldie makes unexpectedly good album&#039; category, not that the Mercury Prize has categories like that. If there&#039;s a spot for &#039;pulling off a concept album without being dull&#039; it might sneak in that way too. The only other contender I can see for such a slot would be the Duckworth Lewis Method&#039;s eponymous album.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So Madness to be in the 12, but I can&#039;t see them winning it, despite the critical acclaim and commercial success the album has deservedly garnered.</description>
