Muso’s Guide’s Upcoming Festival Live-Blogs – With Vodafone VIP

June 9, 2011 News No Comments

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that, together with Vodafone VIP, we’re going to be bringing you a shedload of exciting stuff throughout festival season this summer. And not just as regular old Muso’s Guide, but as Vodafone’s official music blogger.

There’ll be live blogs direct from 10 (TEN!) festivals including Latitude Festival, The Big Chill, T in the Park, Hard Rock Calling and GlobalGathering, and more than that too. We’re going on the road with a camera crew, which means we’ll have the chance to quiz a shedload of artists playing both the bigger and the smaller stages at these festivals and more. Exciting.

It all gets started this very weekend, with two festivals in three days; I’m heading for Download Festival (Korn, Def Leppard…) and the Isle of Wight Festival (Pulp!) from tomorrow, from where I’ll be giving you all sorts of amazing/hilarious/witty/insightful/ground-breaking anecdotes, live.

And if you’re that way inclined, you can keep a tab open in your browser all day to follow my pursuit (it’s not stalkery, don’t worry). It refreshes on it own, and everything.

So come back soon to see how it unfolds. Because I have as much idea as to how it’ll do so as you!

And if you’re the kind of person who ends up wandering, lost, at 5am, trying to find their tent-that-looks-the-same-as-everyone-else’s, fret not – the official apps below will save you the drunken, muddy tears. As well as help you plan what you’re seeing, figure out where everything is and quite a lot in between. Gold-star recommended:
