Moby

Moby is set to play a rare stripped back set at London’s Rough Trade East on September 6. The line-up will consist of Moby accompanied by a small string section and live vocalists Joy Malcolm and Kelli Scarr.

Rough Trade East will also play home to an exhibition of drawings previously shown at The Maurice Einhardt Gallery.

The works loosely relate to songs on Moby’s current album Wait for Me, and the simplistic, naive drawings show a humorously melancholic side that is a welcome adjunct to the tranquil occasionally unsettling music of the album.

Wrist bands will be available from Rough Trade and moby.com
