I also got tickets to the Edinburgh Tattoo and what an experience that was. The funniest act I seen was Jason Byrne at the Assembly Hall. I would recommend anyone looking for a laugh to go and see him at next years events as I think he performs every year. I also liked a lot of the street acts. If you know any good acts that are worth seeing ping me an email as I am always looking for a good laugh. We stayed at the Ramada Jarvis <a href="http://www.ramadajarvis.co.uk/hotels/edinburgh.aspx" rel="nofollow">hotel Edinburgh</a> in Princess Street and where lucky enough to book in advance for next year. I know first hand what it is like trying to get accommodation near the city centre never mind in it so I am well chuffed. Take Care - Gav.
