Raw Power

All Tomorrow’s Parties have announced a couple of special shows to prick up the ears of Iggy Pop fans worldwide – he and The Stooges’ll be performing Raw Power as part of the Don’t Look Back series.

Calm down a little though, ’cause it’s not until May 2 and 3 next year! The album will be played in its entirety at the Hammersmith Apollo, the same place that hosts DLB’s very first show. That very first show saw Iggy and The Stooges play Fun House and was described by Iggy Pop himself as one of the top three gigs of his life.

“Two very special support acts” will both be perfomring LPs as part of these two shows, but their identity is currently unknown.
