GDLI Xmas party

Our friends at God Don’t Like It and the Moonshine Jamboree have revealed the details of not one but two excellent-sounding Christmas parties.

The Moonshine Jamboree is on December 6 at The Slaughtered Lamb, and features MG favourites Left With Pictures, Jake Bellows (Neva Dinova), Tristram, Dry the River and Mathew and the Atlas for a bargainous £6. You can buy yourself a ticket here. They’re going to town with mince pies and presents and the whole shabang, so if you’re not at ATP that weekend you’d be well advised to pop down.

And then there’s the GDLI party on December 18 at the Queen of Hoxton, featuring Hook and the Twin, Drum Eyes, There Will Be Fireworks and Teeth of the Sea. Now this one threatens to be a stormer – we’ve seen all of these bands before and we can tell you they’re absolutely phenomenal live, so to have all of them on one bill is something we’re very excited about. Tickets are £5 from here.

See you there, kiddos!

'cause she considers the term 'music snob' redundant, because her music taste is infinitely better than yours and because she likes words a bit too much.
