‘The Water’ is the latest track to be released by Fossil Collective. It is taken from the self produced The Water EP will be released on Monday October 28 via Dirty Hit. The duo consists of Jonny Hooker and David Fendick, two multi-instrumentalists who swell to a five-piece for live performances.
Hooker and Fendick recorded every sound on the EP from their home studio in countryside outside Leeds, which is reflected by the rustic sound produced. “We’re generally more connected with nature and the countryside than the city centre. We like the simple life and the outdoors.”
The new EP comes after the highly praised album, Tell Where I Lie, which was released earlier this year.
Having recently returned from their debut US tour, Fossil Collective will be hitting the road again in the UK this autumn.
