October 25, 2012
Thursday saw the launch of premium Swedish cider brand Rekorderlig’s Winter Forest Bar at East London’s Truman Brewery, featuring a performance from Sweden’s very own FAYE. We’ve a few words and pictures from the night after the jump. Find out more about the pop-up bar – which keeps its doors open until November 6th – over at Rekorderlig’s Facebook page.
Recently signed to Best Fit Recordings, FAYE is Sweden’s next big pop star – Jessie Ware with a Scandinavian twist, if you will. Her debut album drops later in the year, but in the meantime you can listen to ‘Breathe Out’ below, and find out more about the twenty-something songstress over at her website or Facebook page.
Rekorderlig are a Swedish cider brand with over a decade’s brewing expertise under their belts. Their Winter Forest Bar is designed to be an immersive Swedish experience, serving their very own range of ciders – not least those warming winter flavours – alongside cocktails created using these drinks by award winning mixologist Michael Stringer, and Scandinavian treats of the gastronomic variety. This all whilst your eardrums are soothed by DJs including the likes of Best Fit Recordings, ParadYse Records, Johnny Co-Op, CLUB.THE.MAMMOTH, Ollie Russian, Off Modern and Hit Club. Book your tickets – which are priced at a measly £5 and come with a complimentary Rekorderlig tasting tray – over at their Facebook page.
